I just want to post a quick review regarding this:

We contacted SM3's dh recently to give us a quote.  He came out and quoted us a price.  When we received the email with the actual quote it was $200 more.  We waited a little over a month and then contacted him back stating that we were interested but wondered if he could do it for the price that he quoted us at when he came out.  No response.  My dh emailed him again...no response.  I also emailed SM3 that we were getting no response (only because she had posted the initial ad for him) and she stated that she was sorry and would let him know.  No response.  We still have never received a response, therefore, have went with another company.  I don't understand why someone push to get business if they can't follow through.
