Weight Change this Week: 1 lb. I'm okay with that.

Weight Change Total: (either overall or just for 2010) since 1/1, 6.5 lbs.

Long-Term Goal: Be at goal weight by my b-day in July.
Short-Term Goal: Work out more this month.

Question(s) of the Week:

1. How are you doing on your February sacrifice? Pretty good. I made myself a bowl of oatmeal or smoothie everyday for breakfast. Since I'm not a breakfast eater I have to start small. I just can't do breakfast as my biggest meal.

2. How do you resist temptation during days like the Superbowl, V-day, etc? I cooked a lot of what we are having for the SB party and I'm sure my family will hate some of the healthy choices. I also pass on the beer and soda.

3. What day of the week do you weigh in, and why that day?
Friday. Only Friday. bc weekends are the hardest since I'm not in my routine. If my weigh in is bad then I won't want to make it worse..if it's good it encourages me to make better choices on the weekends.

I refused to weigh myself this week. Not a good week in our household and my emotional eating took over. Back to the routine today!

Weight Change this Week: -2.6

Weight Change Total: -25.6 total

Long-Term Goal:  lose 78 more total
Short-Term Goal:  lose 15 more by April 14 (my gyno appt.)

Question(s) of the Week:

1. How are you doing on your February sacrifice? lol not good. I haven't worked out yet and I'm still sleeping a lot.. I need to get on it though!

2. How do you resist temptation during days like the Superbowl, V-day, etc? I worked last night and could have done better than I did with my eating but it wasn't terrible. I don't think we're doing anything for Valentine's day so that shouldn't be an issue. David knows not to buy me chocolates...

3. What day of the week do you weigh in, and why that day? Fridays. I like to weigh in before the weekend because that's when we usually eat out. Also, when I started WW, Friday was the only day my friend and I could go together so it worked out that way.

Short-Term Goal: A portion of a lot ( I don't really have anything in mind)

Question(s) of the Week:

1. How are you doing on your February sacrifice?  Pretty good--as noted last week, I have NO money which makes it much easier not to eat our or drink.

2. How do you resist temptation during days like the Superbowl, V-day, etc?  I'm not really on a strict plan, so this isn't that big of a deal.  We did eat some pizza yesterday, but when I'm not eating much else junky, it's not a problem.

3. What day of the week do you weigh in, and why that day?  I weight most mornings.  I do better when I watch my weight nearly everyday.

Pretty good. I've been doing the EA Active workouts in the morning and running at night.

2. How do you resist temptation during days like the Superbowl, V-day, etc?
I skipped beer and soda and just limited myself as much as possible. I also made sure I worked out hard in the morning and kept my food intake to a minimum before the party.

3. What day of the week do you weigh in, and why that day?
I just weigh in when my EA Active game tells me to. It's usually after a workout, which I know can be inaccurate, but I figure as long as its consistent it doesn't matter.

Long-Term Goal:Get back to my healthy, fit weight= wedding weight
Short-Term Goal:lose 10-12 lbs by my China trip (5 weeks)

1. How are you doing on your February sacrifice?
I didn't participate last week, but my sacrifice has really been bad food. I also need to sacrafice more time, to work out more.

2. How do you resist temptation during days like the Superbowl, V-day, etc?
I actually didn't do very good yesterday, seeing that I drank a bottle of wine..  I really want to do well on other days, so that I don't have to punish myself on special occassions, while still making mostly healthy decisions.

3. What day of the week do you weigh in, and why that day?
I usually pick a day that I target as my goal date, and mine is March 16 (Tues), so I have been weighing in on Mondays.
